Boone, Susan A.
1946 - 2021
Susan A. Boone, age 74, passed away on March 1, 2021 from sudden heart failure. Born May 19, 1946 to the late Isaac and Jeannette Cohen. Graduate of Eastmoor High School in 1964, earned a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University and a Master's degree in Accounting from Franklin University. Susan worked for various State Agencies: Ohio Department of Welfare, Office of the Ohio Attorney General Charitable Foundation Section, retired from the Ohio Board of Nursing and owned Hall's Hobbies with her husband Bob. After retiring from the State of Ohio, she held various part time accounting jobs. She will be sorely missed by all of her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert Boone; brother, Martin (Rochelle) Cohen; nephew, Brian (Molly) Cohen; niece, Leslie (Mark) Meyers; great nephews and great nieces. A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Monday, March 8 at Forest Lawn – Temple Israel Section.
