I am sorry to hear about the Loss of your Mother. I want to share a poem that I hope will bring you both some comfort...
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow;
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am sunlight on ripened grain;
I am the gentle autumn's rain.
When you awaken in the morning hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush,
Of quiet birds in circled flight,
I am the soft star that shines at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there,
I did not die.
I live with risen Lord.
Always know that you have a Special Guardian Angel watching over you.

I am so saddened to hear about the loss of your mother. I have very fond memories of her while growing up with you both. She played a huge role in my childhood and I will remember those memories always. Take care of each other, and remember it's not Goodbye, it's until you meet again.
