Dearest Oliver, For the last several months, hardly a day has gone by that I have not thought of you and missed your cheerful voice and positive energy. Thank you for being my dear friend and colleague. You have touched my life, and that of so many others in so many ways. The picture I am adding recalls a memorable day when you surprised me with a lovely cake to celebrate an important milestone in my life.
Farewell, dear friend. I will miss you and remember you with great fondness all my remaining days. My thoughts and prayers are with your loving family that they may find comfort in your sweet memories.
