Ashcraft Martha P. Ashcraft, 84, of Pataskala, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. She was born on November 1, 1929 in Columbus, OH, a daughter to the late Jesse and Anna (Thomas) Woolard. Martha retired from DCSS after 25 years of employment. She is survived by her children, Sharon Ashcraft and Ron (Cindy) Ashcraft; grandchildren, Tiffany (Hassan) Herring and Meggin Sullivan; great grandchildren, Emoni, Tajon, Lavont, Taysha, Tyler and Ava; siblings, Phyllis (Mel) Arndt, Edith (Charles) Marrow; and many nieces and nephews. Martha is preceded in death by her husband Neal Ashcraft and daughter Barbara Ashcraft. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 in KAUBER-SAMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH, 43062. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating. Interment to follow at Pataskala Cemetery.
