Lauren Patricia (McGrath) Salvanelli, 44, of Manchester, died October 28, 2006, at Catholic Medical Center, after a long illness.
She was born in Framingham, MA, on March 11, 1962, and was the daughter of Robert and Patricia (Casey) McGrath. She was a member of St. Raphael Parish.
She received her early education in Framingham schools. In 1986 she received her BA in business from Worcester State College.
Lauren was a volunteer at the NH Food Bank, and Girls Inc. She enjoyed dancing and keeping her flower garden.
She will be remembered for her selflessness and kindness towards others. Her family was the center of her life. She will be missed.
Family members include her husband of 13 years, Michael Salvanelli, of Manchester; a daughter, Ariana Salvanelli, a step-son, Steven Salvanelli, both of Manchester; 2 sisters, Claudia and her husband Joseph Tuozzoli,of Monroe CT, Melissa and her husband Stephen Krosoczka, of Paxton MA; her father, Robert McGrath, and his wife, Claire(Harding) McGrath, of South Yarmouth, MA; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday November 3, 2006 at St. Raphael Church, 103 Walker St. Manchester.
Memorial donations may be made in Laurens name to the Girls Inc. 815 Elm St. Manchester, NH 03101, or The Food Bank c/o St. Raphael Parish, 103 Walker St. Manchester NH 03102.
