Dear Beverly, Rodney and Mary. I've known Raleigh and both of you before high school even, because my brother, Kenny Loy, was married to Bess Valero. But I remembered him well from high school also, and if you knew him, you liked him! And he touched so many lives in so many positive ways, so that was his life's legacy.Rodney and Mary, it was yrs later we learned Raleigh was your brother. My name was Hutchison then, God Bless You, my deepest sympathy,many thoughts and prayers.. it is Mrs Donald (Sharon) Parsons now.
