She is survived by her parents, Joseph & Paula (Surace) Ebert; maternal grandmother, Antonia Surace; paternal grandparents, Patricia & Dennis Ebert; aunts, Maria (Sherali) Khurshid, Carmela Surace, Mary Ebert, Caitlyn Ebert; uncle, Sam Ebert; several cousins. Francesca's visitation will be Friday from 12-3 PM & 6-9 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 & Long Pond Rd.) Her funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 AM at St. John The Evangelist Church of Greece, 2400 W. Ridge Rd. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Golisano Children's Hospital, 300 East River Rd, P.O. Box 278996 Rochester, NY 14627 in Francesca's name.

Francesca was Paula & Joe's special: "Cute Little Girl" "Girly Girl" and their "Tom Boy."

She was "touched" by so many things that adults merely take for granted. Once outside she so enjoyed feeling the wind on her skin, raindrops as they gently fell upon face her face or the heat that the sun brought to her body. She also enjoyed looking at bright lights, especially the sun.

She communicated by using her facial expressions. To those close to her it was abundantly clear that she had a sense of humor. She would smile along with others as a joke had been shared.

It was interesting to be a part of her life. Her Tom Boy side could be witnessed when she was bouncing and swinging. But yet her soft side was very real too. She loved to snuggle or to be held.

Her resiliency was an inspiration. Even people who had just met her for the first time couldn't help but to love her. She was curious for sure. This was seen in her nosey side. She always wanted to know what was going on.

Francesca was truly an angel sent from God. To know her was to be "Touched by Love."
