Mr. Garland was born on May 21, 1948 and passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016. Mr. Garland was a resident of Saint Albans, Vermont at the time of his passing. John Served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Army. A Celebration of Johnâs Life will be held Saturday March 19 2016 at 2:00 P.M. in the Brady Levesque Funeral Chapel 86 South Main St. St. Albans.
