Mr. Ralph "Mac" Lawrence McSweeney Jr.

Mac McSweeney Easley, SC Ralph “Mac� Lawrence McSweeney, Jr., 53, of 310 S. McAlister Road, husband of Beverly Gregg McSweeney, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2008 at his home. Born in Alexander LA, he was the son of Sheryl Ridenour Moore of Dacusville and the late Ralph Lawrence McSweeney, Sr. Mr. McSweeney was a graduate of Douglas Byrd High School in Fayetteville, NC and attended the SC Vocational School in Columbia. He was a former employee of Fabri-Kal in Piedmont and attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greenville. Surviving in addition to his mother and wife, are two sons, Chris McSweeney and his wife, Amber, and T.J. McSweeney and his wife, Jennifer, all of Easley; four grandchildren, Gabrielle, Trey, Haven and Kadan; a brother, Jody McSweeney of Fountain Inn; stepmother, June McSweeney of Fountain Inn; and a sister-in-law, Karen Moss and her husband, Glenn, of Cherryville, NC. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a sister, Catherine “Kitty� Moore. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 8, 2008 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
