Mr. Abb Allen Jeffcoat III

Abb Allen Jeffcoat, III COLUMBIA - Services for Abb Allen Jeffcoat, III, 37, a well known local Realtor, will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 3200 Trenholm Road, with a private family internment before the service. Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 215 East Bay Street, Suite 205-B, Charleston, S.C. 29401. The family will receive friends after the service at the church in Thompson Hall. Mr. Jeffcoat died Thursday, February 1, 2007. Born in Columbia, he was the son of Abb Allen Jeffcoat, Jr. and Faye McCullough Jeffcoat. He was a graduate of Spring Valley High School and USC. He was associated with Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors, Inc., where he was a lifetime member of The Circle of Excellence. Mr. Jeffcoat was a member of local, state and national Association of Realtors. As a lifelong survivor of cystic fibrosis, Abb�s courageous desire and determination to live and his strong faith were an inspiration to all who knew him. He was extremely family oriented and bonded with everyone he met, which led to immediate friendships. This was obvious by the many close friends that always surrounded him, including his loyal dog, Lexie. He was a loyal USC Gamecock fan and rarely missed a game! Surviving are his parents and his sister, Lisa Faye Jeffcoat. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Abb and Ravenel Jeffcoat, Sr. and Martha and Earl McCullough.
