Edward G. Bevis

Edward “Eddie� Bevis, age 59, of Arden, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at Wilmington Hospital. Born in Wilmington, he was the son of George and Veronica Noonan Bevis. Edward worked for the University of Delaware for 10 years as an upholsterer. In addition to his parents, Edward will be dearly missed by his daughter Desireé McFarlane of FL; siblings Debbe Hood of Claymont, Kenny and his wife Patty of Wilmington, Dave and his wife Nina of Wilmington, Barbara McCool and her husband Mark of Wilmington, and Linda Payne and her husband Mark of Wilmington. Edward was affectionately known as “Uncle Eddie� by his many loving nieces and nephews. You are invited to attend Mass of Christian Burial for Edward on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at St. Helena’s Church, 602 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington Delaware, 19809 where family will begin to receive guests at 10 am.
