Terry Wasson Obituary
Terry Jan Wasson, 64, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, husband of the late Paula Frank Wasson, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2011. ARRANGEMENTS BY J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. Services will be held at a later date. Mr. Wasson was born in Canton, IL, son of the late George Luther Wasson and Doris Allegra Weber Wilson. Terry was in H. R. Management for National Interstate and Progressive Insurance. He was very active in hot air ballooning and loved to play golf. Surviving are his daughter, Deidre Kosier and her husband, Brian of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his son, Eric Wasson and his wife, Sneha of Hudson, Ohio; his three grandchildren, Jack, Peter, and Andrew Kosier, all of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his brother, Greg Wasson of CA; and his two sisters, Patricia Vawter and Andrea Wasson, both of IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.

I am in shock today, just learning of Terry's passing over the weekend from a former Progressive Co-Worker. Terry was one of my bosses at Progressive and was instrumental in my work life and growth. He was so smart and wise and pensively thoughtful at all times. He kept me calm in a very fast-paced, every-changing environment. I saw my first up close balloon event through Terry and carry that joyous memory for life. I always treasure the time I worked for and with Terry and will never forgot such a gracious and wonderful person. Rest peacefully Terry!
