Benoit Clement Paré

Benoit Clement Paré, 77, of Ste. Hermenegilde, Province of Quebec, Canada, formerly of Windsor, beloved husband of the late Simone (Lachance) Paré, passed away on Tuesday, (May 11, 2010) in Canada. Born in Ste. Martin, Quebec, Canada, son of the late Hector and Claire (Thibodeau) Paré, he lived in Windsor before retiring to Florida and Canada in 1991. Benoit was the owner and operator of Ben & Sons Drywall in Windsor, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and a member of the French Social Circle. He is survived by four sons, Michel Paré and his wife Kyle of Broadbrook, Bruno Paré and his wife Lynn of East Hartford, Mario Paré and his wife Jodi of East Hartford, and Carl Paré of Southington; three daughters, Lynda Paré of Sulphur, LA, France and her husband Bruce Cohen of Enfield, and Chantal and her husband Bryan Virgadula of Burlington; 19 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. Benoit is the oldest of 15 children. He leaves four sisters in Canada, Lucille and her husband Gilles Soucy, Gilberte and her husband Raymond Brouillard, Lisette Paré and her boyfriend Claude, and Solange Poulin and her husband Jean-Pierre; a sister in Maryland, Noella and her husband John Guay; two brothers in Canada, Armand Paré and his wife Colette, and Egide Paré and his wife Claudette; four brothers in Maryland, Clermont Paré and his wife Dawn, Jacques Paré and his wife Regina, Rock Paré and his wife Suzanne, and Francis Paré and his wife Pauline; a brother in Florida, Paul Paré and his wife Ginger; and a brother in Connecticut, Fernand Paré and his wife Pauline. Besides his wife, he was predeceased by a son, Marc Paré; and a brother, Denis Paré.
