Staci Hunt Obituary
She is survived by her mother Sybil Steele of Myrtle Beach; her husband Kenneth Hunt of the home; three sons, Kenneth Steele Hunt and Alexander Bruce Hunt both of Raleigh, and Jackson Paul Hunt of White Lake; two sisters, Harriet Steele Page and husband Link of Raleigh, Barbara Steele Ford and husband David of Myrtle Beach; two brothers, Thomas Steele and wife Sharon, and Graham Steele and wife Susan, all of Monroe, NC; three nieces, Katie, Caroline, and Abbie; and three nephews, David, Harry, and Austin.
As a second grade teacher, reading coach, church youth leader, and friend, Staci influenced many children, youth, and adults throughout Bladen County. She lived her motto -"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 5, 2008 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home . Services will be held on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 4:00 pm at Wesley's Chapel United Methodist Church with the burial at the church cemetery following the service.
Memorials may be made to Wesley's Chapel United Methodist Youth, 2409 Peanut Plant Road, Elizabethtown, NC 28337.
