Hey Uncle Hans, been trying to catch up with you for years. Have written Dave at the Late Show but somehow never a return word. Last time I remember seeing you was at Aunt Gertrudes funeral when I rode with you and Dorothy and Dad to the graveyard together. Loved your stories of when you went to Egypt and brought all your slides to show us in Pemberville. Say Hello to Mom and Dad. Look forward to seeing you again in not to distant future. Rex

Hans was our secret Santa, delivering German cookies made by his mother each Christmas Eve to our porch. A cherished childhood memory. I'm the daughter of John Weiss, National Service Officer for the DAV and a close friend of Hans.
