Mary Jane Sutton

Mary Jane Sutton: January 31, 1930 - May 25, 2013 Mary Jane Sutton passed away from cancer at the age of 83. She was the beloved wife of 50 years to her late husband Frank Sutton. She will be missed by her son, Reed, and daughter, Marjorie, grandchildren Michael and Margaux, sister, Jean MacLean, her nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Mary Jane was born in Wellsville Ohio and was proud of her Wellsville roots. At the age of 20 she moved to Salt Lake City where she met her cherished husband Frank. They moved throughout the western states, finally settling in San Mateo in the early 60's where they purchased their current home and began to raise an adoring family. Mary Jane worked at Macy's (Hillsdale) as an Evening Service Manager for 50 years where she will be missed by many coworkers and customers. The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations in her honor can be made to the Wellsville Historical Society River Museum - 1003 Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, Ohio 43968. A Memorial Service will be held at Open Door Church at 7:00 PM June 9th at 4150 Piccadilly Lane in San Mateo.
