Carol A. Fowler

Carol A. "Tuke" Fowler age 74, of Lima and formerly of Florida, Texas and Mexico died at 3:32 a.m., Monday August 5, 2013 at St. Rita's Medical Center. She was born June 21, 1939 in Lima, Ohio to Ben and Fern Opal Johnson Freed. She married Jerry Jo Fowler who preceded her in death in 1974. Carol had worked for Libby in Lima and loved BINGO, shopping and gambling. Survivors include her significant other and companion John Page of Lima, a son Brice L. (Joyce) Freed of Lima, a daughter Kendra (Todd) Allen of Westerville, a grandson: Ethyn Allen, 2 brothers: Gary (Carole) Freed and Larry (Ruth) Freed both of Lima. She was preceded in death by a son JJ Fowler, 2 brothers: Bob Freed and Ronnie Freed, Sr. and a sister Jeanne Dellinger. A graveside service for friends and family will be 2:00 p.m., Monday Aug. 12 at Ft. Amanda Cemetery with Rev. Dottie Kaiser officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to Bayliff & Son to assist with cost of services or the charity of the donor's choice.
