Mr. Chad Anthony Annis

Chad Anthony Annis, age 28, of Macon, Georgia formerly of Henry County passed away August 25, 2013. Chad was born in Killeen, Texas. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, riding bikes, music, and video games. Chad had worked for Georgia Industries for the Blind in Warner Robins most of his working career. Survivors are his wife, Betsy Annis; children, Andrew Lassiter and Christopher Abel Annis all of Macon; mother and step father, Sandra and George Fine of Rex; father, Tony Annis of Griffin; siblings, Daniel Annis of Rex and Porter Annis of Griffin; grandparents, Ed and Laura Logan of Topeka, Kansas, Patricia Annis of Conley and Dan Annis of Griffin. A memorial service for Chad will be Friday, August 30, 2013 – 3:00 PM in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home.
