Kenneth Fadely Obituary

Fadely, Kenneth passed into our Lord's hands on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at the age of 79. An Open House will be on Saturday February 15, 2014, from 4-6 at our house. Funeral will be held at Valley View Christian Church, 17601 Marsh Lane, Dallas, Texas 75287. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Valley View Christian Church Missions Fund. Kenneth Gene Fadely, 79 passed away peacefully February 12, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 17, 1934, to Elijah and Marie Fadely in Newkirk, Oklahoma. He grew up on a farm with his brother Don and two sisters Suzanne and Norine. He loved the land, drove the tractor and participated in the FFA, raising championship steers with his brother. After serving in the Army for two years, he moved to Tulsa where he met his beloved wife, Loydeen, at East Tulsa Christian Church. The family moved to Dallas in 1964. Kenneth and Loydeen had a vision of a Christian Church in north Dallas and helped start Valley View Christian Church. He was a devout Christian who loved to share the gospel with those he met and loved the Lord. Survivors included his wife Loydeen of 54 years, his son Kirt and wife Jody and children Megan and Joseph, his daughter Christine and husband Neal and children Brianna and Kelsey, his daughter Sally and husband Shannon and children Chris and Andrew.

Dear Loydeen,

We are full of grief when we received your letter informing us about Kenneth passing away. We cannot find the words to speak to you about him. But we have to tell you how much we were unprepared for this news and how much he means to us. Me, Raul have just spoken to him recently and we have such a wonderful conversation, never thinking that that was our last. He is very special to me, to my wife and to my family. We have the one thing in common, the love of God and that's what we always talk about. Our condolence and sympathy to you and the whole family. God bless and much prayers.
