Edward Arthur Hahn

Edward Arthur Hahn, 66, of Cleveland, TX. Passed away suddenly on April 2, 2014 at his home. He was a 1965 graduate of Sam Rayburn High School, where he was active in the FFA Program. He raised grand champion lambs and hogs for the Pasadena Livestock and Rodeo show. After moving to Cleveland with his wife Ginny, he remained active working with youth from the surrounding area and their rabbits and other show animals. He was employed with Clean Harbours while on committee with the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Show. He enjoyed hunting and fishing as a favorite past time. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ginny Hahn, and parents C.E. and Verna Mae Hahn. He's survived by his sister Virginia Lynn Hahn of Pasadena TX, stepsons Dusty and Jeff Dumas, mother-in-law Florence Strait of Gonzales, TX. special friends, Tom and Janet Huwar, and also, Carroll and Nancy Schawver, several cousins and five grandchildren Destiny, Emily, Myra, Caleb and Justin. Visitation will be Tuesday 5-8PM, April 8, 2014 with a 7pm memorial service at Pasadena Funeral Chapel. Graveside service will be Wednesday, April 9, at 1:00 PM in Gonzales, TX at Pilgrim Cemetery.
