Mr. David Seay

David Seay, 67, of Shepherdsville returned to his Heavenly Father Monday, September 8, 2014. Mr. Seay was born January 21, 1947 in Mt. Washington, KY to the late Carl and Maude Nation Seay. He was a retired Louisville fire fighter and a member of Nelson County Baptist Church. Among those who preceded him in death include, his parents and brothers, Larry, Mark, Jack and Truman Seay, He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 47 years, JoAnn Seay; children, Troy Seay (Shannon), Deanna Seay and Danielle Merrick (Craig); 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother, Rick Seay; sisters, Eunice Goodlett (Bobby), Carolyn Walker and Vicki Bolin (Ronnie) and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held at noon on Friday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd; use John Harper entrance) with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.
