Jean L. Davidson

Jean L. Davidson, age 86 of Perry, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby. Born March 31, 1928 in Painesville she was the daughter of Frank and Hazel (Gretton) Wheelock . She married Almon " Dewey" Davidson on August 31, 1947. Jean enjoyed reading, gardening and word puzzles. She truly cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and great grandson Colin. She cared deeply for her family and always enjoyed special moments with them and her friends. She is survived by her son: Warren (Darlene) Davidson of Fairport; grandchildren: Ronald "Matt" Carley Jr., Wayne and Almon Carley all of Perry, Robin (Scott) Archer of Fairport, Aaron Davidson of Fairport , Tara and Brett Davidson of Rhode Island; great grandson: Colin Archer of Fairport; son-in-law: Ronald Carley, Sr. of Perry; sister: Laura Stillwell of Madison; brother: Larry (Marie) Wheelock of MS. Jean is preceded in death by her husband: Almon "Dewey" Davidson; daughter: Sandra Carley; son: Hugh Davidson; brothers: Laurence, Richard, Lester, Robert, and David Wheelock; sisters: Joyce Kovach, Dorothy Laux, and twin sister: June Rosier. Friends will be received from 1-3pm on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 26 River Street in Madison. There will be a funeral service at 3pm to remember both her and her daughter Sandra Carley. Contributions may be made to the family.
