My heart just sank and it took my breath away to hear of Jeff's sudden passing! Jeff was such a sweetheart and an extra special friend to me during a very difficult time in my life! I worked in the Data Entry Department at the Cumberland County Mental Health Center and would go back and forth to the Roxie Avenue Center from 1991-1998. He always knew how to make me laugh, but more importantly, he brought a smile to my face and especially to my heart! This world has just lost an amazing gentleman who loved people and life like no other. I'm thankful I knew him as a co-worker and more importantly, a dear, dear friend!
