SALISBURY - Mildred M. St. Jean, 94 passed away peacefully on May 27, 2016. Millie was born on September 21, 1921 in Erwin, TN to Lida and Fred Quesenberry. She attended college at Bowling Green University. While working in Washington D.C., she met her late husband Robert L. St. Jean, a Marine. They were married in Camp Lejeune, NC on March 8, 1945. While residing in Plaistow, NH and Salisbury Beach, she raised seven children. She was a devoted, loving mother who never lost her southern charm. She worked at Al's Pizza, Larry's Clam Bar, Midway Arcade and volunteered at the Hilton Senior Center. She loved to line dance, bowl, sew, and was an avid Boston Celtics fan. She loved the Chief. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. May she rest in peace. She leaves behind her seven children Sharyl St. Jean of Salisbury, Trisha St. Jean, of Stuart, FL, Pam and husband Joe Caradonna of Port St. Lucia, FL, Larry St. Jean of Salisbury, Mark and wife Kathleen St. Jean of Salisbury, Debra St. Jean-Murphy of Raymond, NH, and Gary and wife Anne St. Jean of Olympia, WA; six grandchildren Mark Caradonna, Kacey and Russel Jarres, Kristine St. Jean, Jonathan Murphy, Olivia and Hannah St. Jean; three great-grandchildren Olivia, Ella and Bodhi. Family and friends are invited to gather for a Memorial Service on Thursday, June 2 in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, Haverhill from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Celebration of Millie's Life will be held Friday, June 10 at 355 North End Blvd., Salisbury, from 3:00 to 9:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Millie's memory to the Hilton Senior Center, 43 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, MA 01952.
