Bill was a Godly man who loved his family. He was one of those people you could depend on and was always there on early Sunday Service with a smile on his face to help out. Our prayers are with his wife Ann and his children. We will miss him and were grateful to know him and his family. God promises never to leave us nor forsake us. May His holy spirit bring you peace during the storm and comfort through the tears. Love Bruce and Rose Gawronski

We knew Bill Bilot as a devoted husband and father, a good man who was dedicated to his family. We knew him as a Christian man who loved helping others. We knew him as a hard worker who was probably too conscientious about doing all well and striving to do the best possible. We knew him as a man who fought to live and care for his wife and family. He fought his battle until he could fight no more. He had great courage.
Anne and family, you have the prayers of our family with you today and tomorrow as you have had our prayers for years, and especially for the last few months. Our hearts are broken, too. We now pray that the grace of our Dear Lord will be with you and yours in this time of grief and sorrow and for healing for your minds and hearts. We, too, will treasure the memory of Bill. He was a good man, without guile, who lived in the service of others, and did it well.
Love to you all from the Spaulding family.

I meet Bill in the late 1970's...we moved into the same neighborhood near 15 mile & Harper, in Clinton Township. I was so excited to be in my 1st home. My son, Jim, was to become 'BEST FRIEND's' of Bill's son, Adam Bilot. I was blessed to become best of friends with Bill's wife, Anne. We share so many memories. Adam & Jim were to spend hours together, at our homes. Bill was the most wonderful father, friend, neighbor...I was always impressed by how he took such great care of his home, yard, cars, and family. (I remember, he 'repainted' the 'hand-me-down' baby stroller, when Jill arrived' (Not necessary to buy a new one-I thought that was wonderful how he took excellent care!) He was humble and not one to be 'showy' or have to 'keep up with the Jones'...I think he was content and appreciated what he had in life. Bill was an extremely HARD WORKER....and really didn't seek out compliments etc....in fact, I think he didn't want them....I really loved his laugh & smile....very unassuming...gentle, thoughtful, and I will miss him. Heaven got a treat when Bill arrived!..(sorry Bill, I don't think you would want me to say this....but, I believe it is so) Love & hugs to the Bilot Family-there is not a finer, more gentle, kind, & loving family.

Dad,
You were the most loving, caring, giving man who would do anything for your family. You made so many sacrifices for us. I admired your marriage to Mom and what a strong man you were. I always aspired to do great things to make you proud. We have so many memories, that I will never forget. You instilled strong values in us, and raised us to love God. In this hard time, it comforts me that I know without a doubt you are in Heaven and I will see you again one day. Rejoice in heaven, pain free... I love you Dad.
Love, Melanie
