Steve was an incredible individual. He was a natural leader that treated his employees with the utmost respect. I had the fortunate opportunity to work with him for several years. A quote by Pearl S. Buck - "The secret of joy in work is contained in one word -- excellence. To know how to do something well is to enjoy it."
