I was a childhood friend of Diane and Karen Kaul. I will never forget the love and affection that was obvious between Jim and Betty. Since I never saw that in my own home I always enjoyed spending time at the Kaul's and seeing how marriage was supposed to be. My husband and I have now been happily married 45 years and I like to think it was having a few role models in my young life like Jim and Betty Kaul that helped me realize that life-long happy marriage was possible. Thank you, Jim. May the God of all comfort be with Betty and my old friends Diane and Karen at this time.
