Patrick T. Lea

Mr. Patrick T. Lea, age 74, of Murray, Kentucky, died Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky. Mr. Lea was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 30, 1942 to the late Robert Taylor Lea and Rita Veronica Gaynor Lea. Mr. Lea retired as a car parts foreman for Jernburg. Mr. Lea was a member of the Goshen United Methodist Church and served as a director for Glory Bound. In addition to his parents Mr. Lea is preceded in death by one brother, Michael Lea. Mr. Lea is survived by his wife Patricia McDonald Lea of Murray, Kentucky to whom he married on December 30, 2004 in Murray, Kentucky; one step daughter, Tina Dzienisiewicz of Chicago, Illinois; one step son, William Dzienisiewicz of Kankakee, Illinois; three sisters, Bridgett Kurich of Chicago, Illinois, Mary Craig and husband Lenny of Murray, Kentucky, and Rita McDonald and husband Michael of Murray, Kentucky. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Jamal Lane, Selena Lane, and Brittany Lane all of Chicago, Illinois. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Rev. David Allbritten will officiate. Burial will follow in the Goshen United Methodist Church Cemetery.
