Scott Argetes

HAMILTON- Mr. Scott Argetes, 43 of South Hamilton, died unexpectedly, Friday, August 5, 2016 at his home. Born in Salem, he was the son of George and Cynthia (Neenan) Argetes. He was raised and educated in Hamilton and attended Hamilton-Wenham High School. Scott had been employed in the Golf Industry for many years. More recently he had been employed as a carpenter in the construction field. He truly loved working outdoors communing with Mother Nature. A loving son, brother and nephew, Scott was an avid golfer and fisherman. A lifelong resident of the Town of South Hamilton, Scott enjoyed spending his time in the outdoors playing golf with friends or on the Softball field as a member of the Ipswich Men's Softball League. Scott is survived by his parents, George and Cynthia (Neenan) Argetes of Hamilton, his brother, Robert Argetes of Salem, his aunts and uncles, Rev. William E. Neenan of Rochester, N.H., Ken Neenan and his wife Bonnie of Rochester, N.H., Jacqueline Michaud and her husband Ronald of Salem, James Neenan and his wife Iva of Selkirk, N.Y., Paul Neenan of Peabody and Frank Foley and his wife Rosemary of Peabody and many cousins, and his beloved Princess Zoe. He was the grandsons of the late Doris Neenan Foley and Charles and Doris Argetes and nephew of the late Richard and David Neenan. ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass which will be held in the Church of St. Paul, Union St., Hamilton, Saturday, August 13th at 10 A.M. All other services are private.
