Jack was one of the greatest mentors I had in my professional career at Northrop. He was truly both a brilliant engineer and VP as his career came to an end at Northrop. I enjoyed many occasion discussing his love for fishing during his time at his home on the Cape. I have always been grateful for all he did for my career at Northrop. Both my wife Nancy and I want to express our sincerest condolences to Phyllis and his children. Our prayers and thoughts will be for you Phyllis, the children and Jack.

I have nothing but wonderful memories of Mr Bouchard. HE was a great dad and role model and impacted my life in a very positive way. I remember him building their home in Canton while Paul and I played by the Res, diving for golf balls with Paul and taking out the Whaler to fish.
GOD BLESS him and keep his family safe, healthy and well.

Jack always greeted me with a warm smile and a harty handshake. Intelligent, funny, and genuine he was always a joy to talk with whenever I saw him. He was a great man and I'm glad I was one of the lucky people who was able to know him. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Bouchard family during this difficult time.
