PETER IGNATIUS MORRISON of Boardman, OH died December 10, 2016 at the age of 56. He was a funeral director and pre-arrangement consultant at Edward J. Fox & Sons Inc after receiving his licenses by the Ohio Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors in 2006. He was a member of the Tri-County Funeral Directors Association and the Ohio Funeral Directors Association.

I am in total shock, a genuine, exceptional young man, whom I respected and developed a great working relationship with at Edgar Millers, until I left to pursue a career in medical field as an RN. I received a lot of knowledge from Pete in the business of food that I was thankful for. Pete was an excellent boss and a hard worker in the field.
I had not seen him for a few years and next time I did it was at crucial time, someone very close to me had died. I had no idea he was at Fox, until I walked in with my friend whose husband had passed away, I was overwhelmed to see him there and it gave my friend and I much relief to know he would handle all the arrangements for her husband. I also attended his beautiful wedding to Amee!
A great person and boss all around. I am very sorry for his family’s loss, a tradgedy at a young age. God Bless his entire family, my prayers are with you. Linda Devine

I would like to say I was talking with my husband about funeral planning and he recalled reading about the death of Peter. However, I would like to say he was a very kind, genuine, professional who helped me begin planning my funeral and even encouraged my husband as we once met with our daughters at the funeral home. I also recall Peter serving with me on a professional level at a Hospice Grief Bereavement meeting I led in Boardman Park. God rest his soul. May he know the fullest of Christ presence.
