Bill was an "engineer's engineer". Quick thinking, but, methodical and certain when he came to conclusions. While he was working on the hardware for the Falcon Project, I was working on the software. We both worked on the maintenance and improvement of the design long after active development of the project ended. He never stopped finding new ways to improve the product. I am attaching a photo I took of him in the hardware lab in July of 2015. He was telling me a story about the computers on the lunar lander and I wanted to capture this iconic image of the hardware engineer with his notebook and calculator, fan, eeprom burner and open box computer. I will miss him! I will miss his clear insights, probing questions and his stories. May he rest in peace and may all who loved him grieve hard.

Bill was a great engineer, always thinking a couple of steps ahead and producing the most complete and thoughtful documents, a skill and care that are unique and appreciated by everyone. Besides being a great engineer and achieving technical excellence, Bill was a real gentleman and the nicest person one can meet. Thoroughly enjoyed many fun and enlightening conversations with Bill.

It was an honor and privilege to have known and worked with Bill.
Rest In Peace.

I worked at RealTime Viz/TeraRecon 1999 - 2007 responsible for the world-wide sales of our revolutionary VolumePro boards. During that time I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Bill. Bill was a wonderful guy, a real breath of fresh air. He was a great resource to the sales staff. We had many great conversations over the years on many topics business and otherwise. I am deeply saddened by his passing. My sincere condolences to the booth family.

Bill was a very good person and a true engineer, methodical and thoughtful. Enjoyed many a good conversation with him. He played a key role in helping get the VolumePro boards out. His skill was especially useful when we got Falcon (VolumePro 2000) developed and released.

I will always remember him and his stories about taking his grandkids on vacation in his RV.

Rest In Peace. Great Soul, Great Engineer and a True Gentleman.

It was an honor to have come in contact with him and worked with him.
