Sweet David was a band mate and teammate with me at Union H. S. It breaks my heart to hear of his passing and it is truly a great loss of all who knew him. Although we lost touch, it was clear that he'd grow into a great father and be an asset to his community.
Dave was one of the nicest kids at Union and I was proud and happy to have shared our formative years together.
God bless your family, Dave...

I am so sorry to hear of David's passing. We were friends, bandmates and teammates on the '68 Union High basketball team..."nick-named - The Bostrich" ... for his long neck by his dearest of pals...we loved his lefty hook shot. In a pre-season game in our junior year, Coach Cavelli grabbed David off the bench and dragged him into the huddle during a timeout and challenged him, "If I put you in the game, will you crap on the floor?" David thought he said, "TRAP ON THE FLOOR." - His eager response was "YES, SIR!"
Needless to say, we all, coach included, busted a gut laughing. A sweet memory of one of the nicest young men I had the pleasure to call FRIEND.
I know that this is a great loss to his family and all who knew the "Boss."
God bless you, David.

David you were a dear friend that we knew for far too short of time.
We became friends at Pelican Marsh in Naples and enjoyed golf, dining, the beach and many laughs with both you and Nora. We will miss your sense of humor, your friendship and companionship at the golf club and beyond. We wish you peace and comfort in God's care.
To Nora and the family we offer our sincere condolences and love.
