Robert W Murray

Robert W. "Buddy" Murray, 73, of Nashua, NH passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, September 7, 2017, after a courageous 9 year battle with cancer. He was born to parents Ralph and Florence (Penland) Murray on August 17, 1944 in Akron, Ohio. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Linda (Gordon). Robert proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1962-1965, stationed in Fort Eustis, Virginia. He was an avid fisherman, New England sports enthusiast, but above all he loved spending time with his family. He was predeceased by his sister, Lillian (Murray) Mcginness. He is survived by his wife Linda, daughter Michele and husband James Janeliunas of Nashua, daughter Maureen and husband Darryl Lucey of Chelmsford, MA, son Michael and dear friend Maricel Crespo of Nashua, brother Ralph Murray Jr. and wife Carol of Dracut, MA, and his 6 grandchildren, Joseph and wife Kasey Decowski, Kenneth Decowski, Jacklyn Decowski, Timothy Lucey, Nora Lucey, and Taegan Murray. A celebration of his life will be planned for a later date.
