Marlene was born on August 28, 1935 and passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017. Marlene was a resident of Princeton, Illinois at the time of passing. Marlene was born in 1935 in Princeton to Erven "Hagan" and Wahneetah (Simon) Floyd. Marlene graduated from DePue High School and began work at Westclox. Funeral services for Marlene will begin at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 4, at the Seatonville Congregational Church Independent. Burial will follow at Elm Lawn Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation for Marlene will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, October 3 at the Barto Funeral Home in Spring Valley, as well as one hour prior to funeral services, Wednesday, in the church. Memorials may be directed to the Seatonville Congregational Church Independent.
