Undice E. Griffin, 56, of Litchfield, NH, passed away October 5, 2015.
Undice was born June 13, 1959 in Manchester, NH, a daughter of David & Mary (Mitchell) Griffin. She was raised in Auburn, NH and had resided in Lyndeborough, NH for many years prior to moving to Litchfield.
Undice was a graduate of Manchester Central High School as well as Plymouth State University and was employed with TD Bank for many years.
Undice loved gardening and was very passionate about helping others; always putting other peoples needs before her own. She will be dearly missed by many.
Family includes her husband, Ken Proctor; one sister, Janice Fusco and her husband Jim; one nephew, Connor; one aunt, Leola; as well as many beloved cousins and friends.
Cate & Johnson Funeral Service of Manchester is directing arrangements which will be conducted at the convenience of family.

This was shocking news to hear, my thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Undice was a great co-worker at TD, she will be very missed. She always made me laugh.
