Patsy Leep

Patsy (Pat) J, Leep (nee Wynkoop), age 78,of Cedar Lake, formerly of Highland, passed away peacefully on November 1 2017. She was a loving mother to Gail (Dennis) Hengeveld; grandmother to Maximus and Bodhi Hengeveld; sister to Sharon Fitzsimons, Karen (Royce) Hamende, Larry (Glenda) Wynkoop, David Wynkoop and Douglas (Kelly) Wynkoop; sister-in-law to Janice Wynkoop; fond aunt of several nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by her loving husband, Arnold Leep; son, Joseph Leep; her parents and a brother, Donald Wynkoop. Friends are invited to meet the family on Saturday Nov 4th from 2 pm to 7 pm at Burdan Funeral Home 12901 Wicker Ave. (corner of US 41 and 129th Ave.) Cedar Lake, IN. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 6:30 pm at Burdan Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Jason Devries, officiating. Interment will be held privately at Hope Cemetery, Highland. Pat enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She was employed by Indiana Bell and later worked for the Pleasant View dairy in Highland. Pat was an avid gardener and was a member of master gardeners club in Lake County. She was a member of First Christian Reformed Church (Faith Church) of Highland.
