Patricia Ann Barker Balows

Patricia Ann Barker Balows, 85, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, formerly of Atlanta, Georgia and wife of the late Albert Balows died Sunday, December 3, 2017. Her funeral service will be held at the graveside Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in Arlington Memorial Park, 201 Mt. Vernon Hwy NW, Sandy Springs, GA at 3:00 pm. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. Patricia was born May 7, 1932 in Harlan, Kentucky, daughter of the late Christopher Columbus Barker and Beulah Ledford Barker. She worked as a secretary, loved the outdoors, was an artist and loved animals. She is survived by daughter, Eve Ellen Balows-Burbage and her husband Wilbur of Mount Pleasant, SC; son, Daniel Scott Balows of Chicago, IL and grand dogs Hannah and Olive. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Road, North Charleston, SC 29406.
