HAYES F. SAMUELS JR of Manning, SC died January 17, 2018 at the age of 74. He was the owner and operator of Samuels Funeral Home in Manning, co-owned Samuels and Richardson Funeral Home in Lake City and served as coroner for Clarendon County. A graduate of the Eckels College of Mortuary Science in Philadelphia, he was a member of the South Carolina Board of Funeral Services, South Carolina Morticians Association, and the National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association.
