Pearl Lovgreen, 92, died at Middlesex Hospital on February 7, 2018. She was the widow of the late Albert Lovgreen.

Pearl was born in Middletown on November 3rd, 1925 daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine (Nelson) David. For many years she was a bookkeeper with Rogers Manufacturing of Rockfall. She was the past president of the Middletown Emblem Club and Post Grand Chief of the Pythian Sisters, Knights of Pyhtias.

Pearl was very proud of an award given in March 2017 by Troop B of the State Police for her work spearheading a group making small teddy bears to be given to children and the elderly in times of crisis

She was pre-deceased by sisters Gloria, Joyce and Joan, and a nephew Thomas Pesapane. She is survived by a niece, Paula Pesapane.

A graveside service will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery in Middletown
on Wednesday February 14, 2018 at 1 p.m. The Kenny Funeral Home,
39 Maple Ave., Norfolk, CT 06058 has care of the arrangements.
