Lois M. Kuba
Lois M. (Wright) Kuba, 87, of Birch Hill on Alliance Way, formerly of Shelton, CT, died Friday morning, February 9, 2018 after a long and nurturing life. Her husband of 61 years, Henry A. Kuba, died April 14, 2014.
She leaves two sons, Gary Kuba and his wife Elizabeth of Merrimack, Lawrence Kuba and his wife Kathryn of Nashua; five grandsons, Nicholas Kuba and his wife Kendra of Londonderry, Russell Kuba and his fiancée Alyssa Cassidy of Newton, MA, Ryan Kuba of Somerville, MA, Brett Kuba of Boston, MA and Matthew Kuba also of Nashua.
Lois was born and raised in Bridgeport CT, daughter of the late Raymond B. and Mary (Adamchak) Wright and graduated from Harding High School in Bridgeport, CT. She lived in Shelton until moving to New Hampshire in 2011. Lois was a former member of St. Margaret Mary Church in Shelton and a long-time member of Brownson Country Club, also in Shelton, where she and Henry won the Husband and Wife Club Championship in 1984 and 1990.
Lois enjoyed playing golf and spending time with her family, especially summer time at Lake Winnipesaukee.
There are no calling hours. After cremation, burial services will be held at a later date in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull, CT.
