We moved to Greenville 2 years ago and gave up having Dr. D and his staff for our dental care. We have missed him so much that we just today decided to make appointments up there anyway. We loved him. Diane, my heart goes out to you and all of you who loved him.

Diane, I am deeply saddened and shocked to hear of Charlie's passing. It came as a surprise as I just heard this from another dentist that I work with. Charlie was always a passionate individual about his family and his work. I know he will be missed by many. Please accept my sincere condolences.

I'm am truly saddened to hear of Charlie's passing. Charlie was a special person with an enormous heart. Even after many years I still have fond memories. My children and brother were very fond of Charlie and spoke of him often. My deepest sympathy to Charlie's entire family.

Charlie was a good man with a big heart. He and I were childhood friends who reconnected in our adult years but had lost touch again. You could not help but love him. I know he will be truly missed and I send my sincere sympathy to you and your family.

Mrs. Delaine, I am soooo sorry to hear about Dr Delaine! I just found out today the 26th for my daughter Lisa who saw it on I think she said a yard sale website! I can hardly believe it he was such A wonderful dentist with such a great personality!!! I will surely miss him because I know I will never find another dentist as sweet as he was!!! Please accept my sincere condolences in your loss of this wonderful man. He helped me very much. I was just a patient, but he and the staff made me feel like I had known them forever. The whole place was so filled with love and warmth,that it was evident that God was in their midst.I won't find another dentist like him. He is one in a million.
God will be taking great care of him, and we will see him again someday. May God bless you all.

I just learned of Dr. DeLaine's death today (Saturday). I'm still having trouble grasping it. Words cannot convey the sense of loss that I feel and my deep sympathy for your family. I am so honored to have known him, and the fine Christian witness he was in his practice, as I'm sure he was elsewhere. It is good to know that he is with the Lord. May God give you comfort and peace in the days ahead.

So sorry to hear this. He was a friend to law enforcement and a friend of Jesus. I came in for dental work one time and I'll never forget him telling me that I should always feel comfortable armed and in uniform anytime in his office.

Not only did I consider Dr. D an amazingly skilled dentist, but a sweet friend who I looked forward to sharing stories of our families and faith during every visit. I am heartbroken for you Diane, your whole family and office staff, and extend my deepest condolences to you all.
