To Jackalyn's family, relatives, and friends our hearts, thoughts, and prayers go out to you. To Joe and Kori, we send our condolences and deepest sympathy for the loss of a precious child. No one should have to endure the terrible grief after the loss of a child. Know that over time the grief and pain subside and eventually you will come to the realization that they want for you, to live your lives in the light of their life and the happy memories.

Jackalyn was always such a sweet girl with a smile always on her face when i worked with her at SCH. i can still remember the hug that we had when we ran into each other a few years ago....she was just that kind of person whom touched everyone's lives that she came in contact with. Following her on FB I know that she gave up quite a fight and lived life to the fullest; the fight is over and she is at peace. Thoughts are with her family. **HUGS** Karla Cool

you don't know me, but my daughter in-law is Tabitha Geithman from Brandon,mn. She was friends with Jackalyn. In honor of Jackalyn I would like to share 2 of my poems that I have written. First one is called
" Tending flowers "
A flowers passion is for you to cherish,
knowing in time that it will perish,
you gave your love and touch of care,
her visions of life have filled the air,
we hold this fragrance within our hearts,
by remembering her beauty it fails to depart,
to be only a part of her life somehow,
you touched the water and its in you now,
you feel the strength of her love wash away,
the sadness you held and thought would stay,
if memories of flowers should ever dry,
they return like tears within your eye,
but its only the love I gave to you,
when I was a flower and I loved you true.
" Inner glow "
A light and its fire are never apart,
embraced by the love of one final spark,
the warmth we shared now ashes set free,
are burning like embers deep inside me,
life seems to take more than it gives,
but leaves something behind forever that lives,
the memories of you that never get lost,
they find their way some tears are the cost,
while gazing at clouds whoever knew,
I'd feel your warmth as the sun breaks through,
not even this sorrow nor depth of a pain,
can take the love I've already gained,
loneliness finds a heart that's cold,
and touches its darkness with nothing to hold,
but the faith that's held within my soul,
knows only my God has complete control,
when life seems to have more than its way,
hope reaches out for another new day
