Fred and I met in grade school, St. Charles, in Parma Ohio. We had the best friendship and got in trouble, a lot, together. I met Kathy when we were all so young. There are so many wonderful memories of times we spent together, Fred and I. I feel a great loss.

Kathi and family, My heart aches for you. Fred was such a special man. The memories we share from our days in South Dakota, as you were my first and best friends ever. Your family made that transition to military life bearable for me. Please know I am praying for each of you in the days ahead. I love you. Cindy (Beals) Hall
