WOLF, JAROSLAVA
97, of Stowe, Vermont died peacefully at her home on May 13, 2018 (Mother's Day).
She was born on November 28, 1920 in Nachod, Czechoslovakia.
Jaroslava was predeceased by her husband Vladimir Wolf. She was a graduate of the Business Academy in Plzen, Czechoslovakia. She left Czechoslovakia in 1948 with her husband during the communist takeover. They lived in Germany and France before settling in the US in 1949. She was a Treasurer for the Czechoslovak Women in Exile, which was based in Washington, D.C. She worked for the principle of the Lonsdale Elementary School in Lincoln, Rhode Island from 1968 until she retired in 1985.
Survivors include her two sons: Peter and Charles; her three remaining relatives in the Czech Republic: Jarus Cardova, Ivana Cardova, Klara Batovcova; and Phuong Chau of Lincoln, Rhode Island.
Her love of nature and animals was very profound.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jaroslava's memory may be made to the North Country Animal League, 16 Mountain View Meadow Road, Morrisville, VT 05661. There will be a mass at the Blessed Sacrament Parish in Stowe on May 23 at 10:00am and afterwards a reception at the Trapp Family Lodge.

My deepest sympathy to all of you. I remember from too many years ago how your entire family was thoughtful, kind, and loving to a 17 year old transplant to RI.
