John S. Belrose

John Scott Belrose, 58, died May 20, 2018 at Concord Hospital in Concord, NH. He was born on June 18, 1959, the son of John Scott Belrose and Mariann Powers. He was the husband of Denise Belrose. They were married on July 24, 1999 in Epsom, NH. Prior to becoming ill he was self-employed at J.S. Belrose Construction, LLC. John enjoyed the outdoors, where he spent his time fishing, hunting and gardening. He also loved animals, especially his dog Hatchet; his son, Tyler's dog, Duke, and Uncle Stephen's dog, Woody. A devoted grandfather, John cherished time spent with his many grandchildren. John leaves behind his wife of nearly 19 years, Denise Belrose; his mother, Maryann Powers; his daughter, Wendy Joy Workman and her fiancé, Jason Southwick, along with their children, Blake and Jada Southwick; his son, Parker Hal Workman and his children, Tyson and Irish Workman; his daughter, Johnna Sue Workman and her fiancé, Scott Schmid, and their children, Chase and Kali Schmid, who loved to see their Grampa, tell him jokes, and make him laugh; his son, Tyler John Workman and his wife, Pamela; his daughter, Tayla Kate Workman and her boyfriend, Tyree; his step-son Ross Warriner and his son, Jordan Warriner and sister Destiny Padilla; his sisters, Barbara Warren, Debra Redlon, Laura and Meredith Belrose; his uncle, Steven Belrose; and he also had a long-standing friendship with the mother of his children, Susan Joyce Workman. There will be a remembrance of life at Cheers of Concord, 17 Depot Street, Concord, NH on Saturday, May 26th at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider the needs of the family.
