I knew Rusty for a long time and he was very caring and just was an all around good guy. He was very special to my daughter Tori (his niece). She thinks a lot of him and we are both very saddened by this news. Praying for the entire family. Hold onto the memories and no one can take those. God has a very special new angel. Prayers sent.
