Today is the last day of the 2020 hunting season and I have you with me as good luck, I think of the great times we had together in the woods all the time and I miss them! I decorated your spot for Christmas, I think I did a pretty nice job for a red neck hope you liked it, well I'm sitting in your tree stand with just 30 minutes to go in the season, if you could please send one last deer my way , love you brother!!!

Happy heavenly birthday Steve! Hope that you are enjoying your day today and smiling down on everyone. You’re little buddy (he’s not so little by the way) still asks about the motorcycle man. He tells me he misses him. I tell him about you being on the bike and holding him when he was crying and fussy while it was running and how it calmed him down. Not sure how much of it he remembers as he was still so little but you are known as his motorcycle man. until we meet again behave yourself up there and don’t cause too much trouble or eat all the deer jerky!

I wanted to update from my last memory I posted. As you recall I was in Steves ladder stand that day, 1st time ever, shortly after my post along comes this 8 point out of nowhere! I was overwhelmed with emotions when I realized I made a great shot, the deer held for the season as BIGGEST BUCK for the club contest, as you see it's not a monster but will be the one I remember the most for the rest of my days!
PS- The family visits the scene often, wanted to share the 4th of July decorations. I still miss him every day!

Hey Steven I have been hunting with a heavy heart this season and I'm using your awesome Diamond Bow. I've taken 2 so far hope you already know that and are watching over. The hunting club guys you blessed me with are awesome and I found your ladder stand and will use it during muzzle loader season next week. I know you are watching from above so wish me luck on this buck I saw this morning I am back in the stand perched high in the tree waiting patiently for him to return, love and miss you!!!!

Steve was a good friend and always had the best advice, wanted or not. He had a way of making those around him smile. Thank you Steve for being such a dear friend, for sharing your hunting/fishing stories and for listening when I needed a friend. My condolences and prayers go out to Brenda, Ashlyn, Colton and the rest of Williams family. He spoke of you all often and you could tell how much he loved and cherished you all. Until we meet again my friend

My dear Steven, wow...I still can't believe you are gone, we are laying you to rest today. I want to say Thank you for having the chance to have had a life and family with you even though things didn't work out between us, we had a great journey together raising our beautiful daughter. These past 5years you and I have had the best friendship and I am really going to miss you and Ashlynn...oh my god it breaks my heart to a million pieces that she won't have you in her life anymore. She was your world and I want you to know that we raised a strong young lady and she is so much like you. I know you will be with us in spirit and be watching over her. When your birthday comes around I need you to help me plan something special for Ashlynn or send me a sign so I can make it special for her. Love you Steve we will see you when we dream

My mental image of Steven is a 7th grader in the Intermediate band class at Mark Twain, when I first met him. He played the trumpet. A few years later when we were in high school, my older sister and his older brother started dating. I think we both got a kick out of the fact that we were somehow extended family. He was always nice to me in the halls of Edison and always made a point to say hello.
To the Williams' Family - we love you guys and are thinking about you.
Love, Nicole and Jeff.

Dear Steven , My baby brother . I am so proud of the man you had become . Even more so these last few days . Experiencing the out pouring of love from your friends and how you touched their lives . As Mom would have said if she was still with us IT IS AMAZING. When I received the tragic call from Dad on the eve of my wedding I realized even more so how fragile life is. I know you will be with us in spirit when we gather to get married. These last few months have been emotional for you with losing Mom in March and the blessing of your son Colton Conner. Thank you for naming him Conner to honor Mom's name Connie. She loved you very much. Not ever having children of my own I want you to know that I thank you for letting me be a part of your life .It is my blessing to be in my Niece Ashlynns `'Life and I will continue to do so. She is Daddys little girl. Colton will grow up knowing all about you. I see you in him so much already at three month's old. As I held him yesterday at your house I could feel you there . I have been to the crash site at least four times in the last few days. I see what happened and we know that it wasn't your fault. Growing up I remember you didn't want to be blamed for something you didn't do.My heart breaks knowing you won't be with us here on earth to share the experiences with the family ,your wonderful friends and the many people who did not get the chance. I am headed over to wish you a Happy Father's Day Steven . Forever I will honor you and miss you. I LOVE YOU , your sister Debby

Steven was truly so giving and helpful to me with wanting nothing in return. My memory of Steven is helping me with my old red 1989 Ford150 that I bought. Being disabled and not having a lot if money he graciously stepped in and helped this old lady. He would always stop by and check on me, making sure all was well. My friend, may you be riding with the angels flying high with your free spirit. With deepest sympathy to family

Steven was my brother, my hunting buddy, the one I called several times a day to talk about nothing, I just wanted to talk. It's been 3 days since he was taken from us and the pain is still unbearable but as I view the many photos of him I now know why he loved taking so many pictures, he was leaving memories for us that I am so thankful for. Steven I am so sorry I didn't take that ride with you brother I am so sorry! I know you are with Mom now and I love you both, I will be looking for you in the woods this fall brother. I love you!

Steve was a friend to all which he had many. He was more like Family when in his company you always knew he was there. Remember his great meals. Like me he had a passion for riding. We were always scheduling Lunch but he got busy and forgot. Thursday morning I was calling him for lunch as my call was interrupted by a friend telling me the horrible news. I as I'm sure everyone else was shocked to get that news. My condolences to his Family and all that Loved him. We lost a Great Man and his children lost a Great Father. You may be gone but, never forgotten. Love ya Bro.
