Dear Mary and Family, I was very saddened to hear of Stan's death. My late husband, Scott Massey, was also a graduate of Whittier High, 1969. He swam and played water polo at Whittier and then went to UCLA and played water polo. He always loved and admired Stan. He was so proud of himself when he broke one of Stan's swimming records at Whittier. I think he even joked with him about it. Just the little I was around him I could tell he was a great guy. As you know he will be missed by many. Please take care.

Dear Mary, Alicia, and family, my children marveled at Mr. Cole's stories while he taught them how to whittle sticks and roast marshmallows around a campfire. I am so grateful for those memories. Stan will be missed by all. Love, the Lowes

Dearest Mary,
There are certain extraordinary people who touch the lives of those they know in a unique way. Knowing them brings us joy and inspiration. Stan was one of those people.
Stan will never be gone he has a cherished place in our hearts where he will always be remembered for the love he shared, the happiness he brought, and his numerous accomplishments. Memories of all Stan offered will remain with us.
Thinking of you, Mary, with sympathy and hoping you and your family will find comfort in your special memories.
Our love to you,
Cheri, Zachary, and Joshua Keenan
