Mr. Capps, 73, entered into the gates of his heavenly home on Friday, August 3, 2018 lovingly surrounded by his wife, children, brothers and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 1-2PM with funeral services beginning at 2:00 PM at Stallings United Methodist Church. A full obituary will be published on Wednesday in the Charlotte Observer and available at www.heritagecares.com.
